U12 Mold Rinse

U-12¨ Mold Rinse & Release is an economical "non-soap" based concentrate that is diluted with water and applied to the surface of a rubber mold prior to casting gypsum plasters. Properly mixed and applied, U-12¨ breaks the surface tension of the mold rubber surface and allows plaster to flow and de-air better. Plaster castings cure with fewer air bubbles.
It also removes residual plaster debris and eliminates plaster build-up. Regular use of U-12¨ Mold Rinse (especially when doing high volume production casting) will aid in extending mold life. This product has a limited shelf life and should be used as soon as possible. Documentation
