Spectrum Texture Jungle Opaque Gloss Brush-on Glaze

This glaze series contains a selection of cone 4/6 1190-1230°C stoneware glazes.

The glaze is available in pints which are ready for brushing application.

This Reactive Glaze is an excellent LEAD FREE dinnerware safe glaze.

These glazes are formulated to produce reactions during the firing cycle to give interesting and beautiful effects. The final appearance of the glaze is dependent on the firing temperature, glaze thickness and the composition of the clay body being used. The same glaze can look quite different on different clay bodies.

Colour shown is an indication only, the samples shown are 3 brush coats of glaze fired to cone 5 (1220°C) in an electric kiln on a white clay body. Different results should be expected on reduction.
