Spectrum Tapenade Floating Brush-on Glaze

Spectrum Tapenade are high fire floating glazes cone 4/6 (1185°C -1220°C) and are lead-free and dinnerware safe. Please follow manufacturer's instructions.

These glazes require 2-3 coats for full coverage. These glaze series is named after its appearance where one coat appears to float above another without requiring the need to layer multiple glazes together. They break and react beautifully, especially when applied over textured surfaces. Blue, brown revealing a light grey in recessed places.

For best results we recommend experimenting with thickness to get the effect you desire. These glazes can be very ‘mobile’ so take precautions with your kiln shelves!
