Formlastic 48 is a filled urethane mold rubber that is suitable for "wet cast" concrete casting of stone veneer molds and concrete liners. It features: a Mix Ratio of 1A:1B by volume, working time of 25 minutes, cure time of 24 hours, low viscosity 3000cps for easy mixing and pouring and cures with minimal bubble entrapment. Cured rubber has a Shore hardness of Shore 48A. Cured rubber is dimensionally stable (low shrinkage), offers good wear resistance and will render color accurate concrete castings. This product does not contain mercury or quartz silica (non-carcinogenic). PropertiesTechnical Properties
